Looking at the pics of my skew socks makes me so sad. Unfortunately I did not use a merino and nylon blend to make them and they are wearing through. It is heartbreaking. I have heard of knitters, standing over the trash holding holey socks and saying "Darn, darn, darn" as they throw them away, but I have not been able to bring myself to that. Neither have I managed to actually darn them, so that may be another story for another day.

Time Flies!
Okay, I haven't posteed anything here in forever. But I still knit like crazy (daily, if I can!) I decided I don't have to write a lot, as long as I write once in awhile. So some recent projects are my Watermelon socks, which were a fun knit. The feet are seedless but the legs have seeds.
And I am working on a Noro sweater. I am such a sucker for Noro yarn. The quality isn't great but the colors are wonderful and I lover of color, which explains why I am knitting a sweater out of Noro Silk Garden sock on size 5 needles! I am currently working on the sleeves, but here is a picture of one of the fronts, in progress.
Since I am doing the sleeves 2 at a time, it is difficult to photograph.
